Area 15-- renamed Area O by 1940, was the Area Territory that corresponded to BSA Region 12. It included all lodges in California, and Victorio 177 in Arizona.
By Dec. 1942, it was renamed Area U, while Area J, which included lodges in Illinois and Indiana, became the new Area O.
