Cahokia 126, which covered Bond and the southern half of Madison County; and Woapink 167, which covered Marion, Clay, Richland, Lawrence, Jefferson, Wayne, Edwards, and Wabash counties in south central Illinois, were initially assigned to Area J. They were transferred to Area M by 1943.
