By 1943, lodges in New Jersey were split off from Area C to became Area D:

**Although Pamrapaugh 14 was not listed in "OA Areas as of Dec. 1942" (Dingwerth 3-6), it is assumed that they would have been included with all other New Jersey lodges in Area D.

By 1944, the lodges of Northeastern New Jersey were joined by the lodges of Metropolitan and Southeastern New York in Area D, while the rest of the lodges in NJ, were transferred to Area W.

In 1946, Iaoapogh 286 in northeastern New Jersey, was transferred to Area W.

**Although Pamrapaugh 14 was not listed in "Area Lodges and Area Leaders" (Hoffman 1944), New Jersey lodges were either in Area D or Area W. However, it would've most likely been in the same area as its neighboring lodge, Achtu 37.

In September 1948, as part of the integration into the 12 Regions, the lodges of Area D were divided up between Area 2-A and Area 2-B.
